Archery Range
Practice with Confidence
We can develop confidence when hunting with our consistent practice in real hunting scenarios. We learn about our capabilities and limits which help each of us be more ethical hunters and demonstrate our respect for the animals we hunt utilizing archery equipment. The range is set up to maintain shooting safety when the club’s range rules are followed, and practical shooting courtesies are practiced.
Realistic 3D Target Shooting
Arrows and archery equipment do what they are designed and set up to do. The sport of archery is interesting and competitive in indoor environments. However, add the elements of a live animal and the outdoor environment, you find bowhunting very interesting and competitive in so many other ways. With the realistic 3D target shooting, the targets have depth and angles, vitals change and must be considered. Trees, limbs, twigs etc must be considered, the wind speed and direction can further complicate the shot. Just like hitting a golf ball on a indoor range can be challenging and fun, moving this to hitting a gold ball on a golf course is more interesting and competitive.
Protecting The Range Wildlife
There are live animals on our range; white-tailed deer, hogs, rabbits, squirrels, etc. Hunting or shooting these animals on the range is strictly prohibited and individuals will lose their membership rights if they do.
