OLD BUSINESS:

Upcoming membership shoot Sept 21 & 22

• Hunting Equipment ONLY. Range finders will be allowed. 
• Wayne has a lot of leftover hotdogs frozen and will bring those. 
• Food will be provided – hotdogs. 
• Charles and Steve will set targets. Arrangement to be 15 targets shot twice. 3 markers – Compound, Women/Trad, Kids. Max Distance for Trad will be 20 yds. A different marker will be shot the 2nd time through with a different shot line. 
• Mowing will need to happen before but will wait to see if it rains before so will only need to do it once, as off right now very dry. 
• BroadHead Barn wants to do a door prize for entrants. 
• Vote was taken and approved. 
• Steve will put out information and reminders on facebook. 
• Targets will be set down in trees due to the extreme heat.

Memberships - CCBA is averaging 2 new memberships per month and most of those have been the Family memberships at $70.

NEW BUSINESS:

• We voted that new range targets are needed. Steve says the RW targets now have a easy-release insert and they have longer life with less cost.
• Mackenzie inserts will be need for ~30 of the ASA targets.
• ASA Shoot has been requested for 4/4, 5/12, 5/16, 5/23, 6/13
• Deerman is set for March 7-8 2020.
