Bank Balance: 1486.57 Paypal: 1273.73

Outstanding Cks: 200.00

Insurance paid to ASA approximately 930.00 (raised fees). Toilets paid through February. Ken Bates the land owner still has control of lease. For now anyway. Website renewed for another year. Steve Seals has signed checks. No outstanding liabilities. No large expenses.

Steve Seals feels that financially CCBA is sitting pretty good going into the tournament season.

OLD BUSINESS:

Membership Shoot – Jeanette reported numbers on memberships. 48 memberships so far for 2019. 11 new memberships, 27 returning memberships. 37 people on list from 2018 have not rejoined. Of the new memberships, 6 were family and 5 were singles. Variety of cities and counties. Jeanette remarked that may be due to changes at Archers for Christ, Steve’s involvement with Broadhead barn, and the closing of Emory Archery Club.

Steve Seals reports that memberships are still coming in.

NEW BUSINESS:

T.H.E. Deerman

Date for T.H.E. Deerman is March 9 and 10. Deposit last year was $1, 100.00 Neal asked what the cut is on T.H.E. Deerman. Steve reported 40:60 If you buy a range of his targets it is 50-50. Food was donated or leftover from club shot. Burners gone bad on the BBQ. Need club to ask around to get another donated. No mowing needed, just a walking path. Charles will configure 15 targets that will be shot twice. Neal stated it was a nice course they had set for the club shoot. Steve will get Jimmy the gate combo.

Chiggers for Spring

If there is enough funds, Neal suggested getting course sprayed for chiggers with permethrin or sulfur. Will remind folks to bring Bull Frog or Off spray. Steve Seals has a spraying rig. Five gallons of concentrated chemicals would do it. Will check on the cost. Charles suggested completing this task before the ASA shoot.
