Meeting Called to Order at 7:02 PM
Members Present: Steve Seals, Neal Kuznar, Jeanette Vaughan, Steve Milewski, Delvin Dupuy, Freddie Crowder, Randy Probst, Wayne Meuir, Charles Alexander, Alex Milewski, Steve Milewski.
Treasury Report by Steve Milewski :- Report to State of Texas May 15th. IRS no taxes. 501C7 Status OK – not for profit.

Steve Seals says he feels pretty good about that going into the next year. Steve Milewski agrees. Steve Seals stated that the new property owner due to landlord’s death is Christian Stroup. Currently, the property has ag exemption for taxes.
New Charter Membership: Steve Seals states that Augie Trevino requests a charter membership. Motion made by Randy Probst to accept. Freddie seconded. Motion passed.
Old Business:
Targets - Wayne repaired 8 or 9 targets for tournaments. And another 4 practice targets. He states we have enough supplies to repair 4 more targets. Expenses to do this was $360.00
TBOT – Steve states that we made $583.00 off of TBOT. We had 72 cards turned in. Brad Reuthinger won as did Charles Alexander.
New Business:
Memberships - We have 8 new memberships, even this far into the year. Still need to increase memberships, especially family memberships with youth.
Hagerman Qualifier - Steve Seals is qualified to offer Hagerman qualifications. In order to shoot, they need 14 deer targets with at least 30 yards. Charge will be $20.00 if not a member. They then get qualified in order to be drawn for Hagerman. Date TBA. Randy will put a blurb in the website.
Next shoot setup and planning – ASA. Wayne will cook for donations as before. Charles will set out water at four stations. CCBA still has Gatorade and sodas left over. Friday 6 AM range set up. Brailey, Steve Seals, Delvin, and Charles will help.
ASA: Steve has the ASA spreadsheet for qualifiers and payouts. New and very easy to use. Start time 9:00 AM. Jeanette will put a reminder on facebook about start time. Workers Sat: Randy, Delvin, Steve Seals. Sunday: Jeanette and Randy Probst. Neal will krono if necessary.
