MEETING MINUTES

Members Present: Steve Seals, Freddie Crowder, Richard Crowder, Steve Milewski, Neal Kuznar, Jeanette Vaughan, Alek Milewski, Micheal Blackwell, Randy Probst and Wayne Meuir

CALL TO ORDER: 7:05 PM by Steve Seals

Steve M. mentioned that ratification of new signees to accounts still needs to be completed for Neil Kuznar. Jeanette Vaughan also needs to be added and provide paperwork to the bank. Also need to remove Michael Jarvis from the account.

Motion made by Steve Milewski to do above. Seconded by Steve Seals. Motion carried.

OLD BUSINESS:

Targets – discussion to purchase targets from Jimmy and TBOT group. Steve has tried to get in touch with him, but no return phone call. Wayne Muir asks what is the price. Are they more than $250 each? Answer from Steve, NO. They are around $125 for ten used ones.

Wayne Meuir made motion to put $1400 on the table to buy some type of targets.

Option #1 New targets
Option #2 Used targets with repair kits
Option #3 Waynes kits. Buy $250 repair kit from Art Brown. Or $210 from Josh Brown. That would repair 7 or so targets.

Steve mentioned approaching Justin Bethel to buy his targets that have already been repaired. He has spoken to him once already about this. Wayne concurred, stating that Jimmy is probably going to be high. Steve agreed to drive by Justin’s this evening on way home to check if offer still good. Will follow up by email.

Steve brought motion for $250 for repairs, then use $1150 to buy other targets as follows:

#1 Will use $250 for repair kit

#2 Will check and see what Justin Bethel has at $200 or less for each.

#3 Then verify Jimmy’s price.

#4 Then compare to Josh’s price.

#5 Will then inform leaders via email and get a consensus on the best deal.

Richard Crowder seconded motion. Motion voted and passed.

NEW BUSINESS:

Steve will be getting dates for proposed tournaments next year.

Will discuss at the December annual dinner/meeting.
