FINANCIAL REPORT

• Balances:

• Bank: $2742.82

• PayPal: $802.03

• Toilets paid through June.

• Obligations:

• $1500 for 2018 land lease

• $750 for 2018 Insurance

• $600 Toilet fees second half of year

OLD BUSINESS:

• The food truck vendor was very pleased after the Deerman shoot in March. They will be back for our TBOT, ASA, and Deerman State shoots. They will have drinks in the future.

NEW BUSINESS:

• Discussion on on buying replacement cores for Rhinehart targets. Motion made and passed to have Steve Seals order the cores through Collin County Archery. $1700 allocated for purchase, though should be about $300 less.

• Decision made to order one more toilet for the TBOT, ASA, and Deerman State shoots.

• Range needs mowing before next shoot.

• We have enough concessions for Club shoot.
