OLD BUSINESS:

• Big welcome back to Richard Crowder attending his first meeting after being injured.
• Shooter of the year discussion. CCBS opted out of it for the coming year.Motion carried in previous meeting.
• Discussion about having a Membership Shoot in January. Date to be determined.
• Setting up website for PayPal for online applications not discussed. Tabled until more of membership in attendance.
• Discussion by Eugene Skinner for desire to increase attendance and youth participation.

NEW BUSINESS:

• Update from Jeanette Vaughan on NASP and a new organization for youth called S3DA which is the Scholastic 3D Archery program gaining strength and popularity in schools. Cabela’s is backing with grant monies. Tracy E Smith is working on an 3rd S3DA instructor training class. This class will be in the Paris, Texas area. S3DA is an after school program that allows youth archers to shoot any brand bow, arrow, sight, stabilizer and release aid to learn about and compete in 3D archery. S3DA offers the "next step" for youth shooters coming out of NASP programs and to any youth shooter interested in 3D archery.
