FINANCIAL REPORT:
OLD BUSINESS:
We need to verify how ASA Insurance is to be calculated because we are paying twice as much as other local clubs.
We need to Contact Amy Witt about the JOAD Shoots that she asked us about and see if they intend to go forward with that at our range.
We have not received any further information about the Archery In High Schools that we were contacted about so we assume that they decided not to go forward with that program.
Our Plan is to have our first Money Shoot on Thursday Evening, May 28, but weather still looks a little sketchy, so we will decide next Monday or Tuesday, May 25/26 if we are going to be able to get the range ready.
Steve is getting the ASA Payout Schedule Sheet from Mike so that we can use it for our Money Shoot. We can use the one Wayne Made if we do not get the ASA one.
NEW BUSINESS:
We will start setting up the TBOT shoot on Thursday, May 28 at 9:00 AM and use the first 15 targets for the Money Shoot that evening, and then set up the rest of the TBOT targets on Friday AM, May 29.
Charles Deposited $250 that we received from the Texas Archery Academy and we need to get the sign put up as soon as possible.
We need accurate list of current Club Members and we need to be sure that Steve Milewski is notified by name of the each Membership that is deposited into our bank account in order to keep accounting records straight.
Steve is going to try to get enough Pulled Pork smoked for the TBOT shoot. If he can’t get it done in time he will call Wayne so that we can get supplies from Sam’s for Hamburgers and Hot Dogs.
Charlie and Wayne will try to get range mowed Monday or Tuesday weather permitting so that we are ready for the Thursday night shoot and the TBOT Tournament.
