MEMBERS PRESENT:

MINUTES OF LAST MEETING READ AND APPROVED.

FINANCIAL REPORT:  Provided via email by club treasurer Steve Milewski

OLD BUSINESS:

• Money Shoot Discussed

• 15 3D targets

• Entry fee $15 per shooter

• Gate opens at 5:00 pm, start at 6:30 pm, score cards turned in by 8:00 pm

• Payback will be 50% of entry fee, determined by number of shooters in each class

• At least 3 shooters in each group

• All unknown distance

• No range-finders, but binoculars are allowed

• Shoot-off for tie-breakers, backing up in distance

• Unsure still if we will pay for shooters under 18 years of age

NEW BUSINESS:

• Agreed to put up Texas Archery Academy sign, and table further involvement until December

• DFW Shooter-of-the-year will be the July shoot

• Discussed target repairs
