FINANCIAL REPORT: Provided by Treasurer Steve Milewski
OLD BUSINESS:
Discussed partnership with Texas Archery Academy. The terms of the agreement seem to have changed from what we originally discussed, so this topic is being tabled for now, at least until January 2015.
NEW BUSINESS:
Discussed tournament schedule for 2015. Currently the ASA qualifier is scheduled for June 13-14, 2015, and the TBOT shoot is scheduled for June 6-7, 2015. We also have our Deerman shoot sometime in March or April. We also discussed either having a walk-up start at the ASA qualifier unless ASA can guarantee us an 8:00 am shotgun start time.
Discussed and voted to start accepting 2015 memberships immediately, with members signing up for 2015 getting the benefits of club membership for the remainder of 2014.
We discussed our target situation, but it was agreed that we need to inventory our current targets before taking any action.
The next CCBA, Inc. board meeting will be held at 6:30 pm on December 16, 2014, at Jalapeņo Mexican Grill, 121 N Greenville Ave, Allen, TX 75002. At that meeting we will elect 2015 officers and finalize the schedule for 2015.
