FINANCIAL REPORT: Not provided, treasurer not present
OLD BUSINESS:
Discussed partnership with Texas Archery Academy. We need a “letter of intent” to define roles, responsibilities, and expectations. Discussed using the ASA release format for liability waivers.
NEW BUSINESS:
Discussed the fact that some local DFW archery clubs are trying to start an “intramural” archery club shoot program.
Had some preliminary discussions about 2015 scheduling.
Discussed the need to send a reminder of CCBA, Inc., range rules to current membership, such as the “no hunting” policy.
