Monthly Meeting February 19, 2013

FINANCIAL REPORT: See Attached
OLD BUSINESS:
Freddie Crowder is the 2013 Vice President and therefore needs to replace Wayne Meuir on the signature card at Citizens State Bank in Princeton, TX.
Blue Ridge Youth Sports Organization was approved to hold their fund raiser shoot on April 13.
Wayne Meuir will make order to McKenzie to buy replacement cores that we need and additional targets to exceed the $1500 minimum to get free shipping. The order limit was set at $1700.
Delvin DuPuy will bring post hole digger to did holes for entrance gate.
February Shoot Results:
48 shooters
18 new memberships
1 membership upgraded from regular to Charter (Christopher Brooks)
NEW BUSINESS:
Steve Mileski agreed to do the 2012 Federal Tax and Franchise Tax. Neal will get the information to him.
Membership upgrade of Chris Brooks from Regular to Charter at the last shoot was approved.
Membership upgrade of Josh Brown from Regular to Charter was approved.
Freddie Crowder is documented to hold positions of Vice President and also a Director. Josh Brown was voted to replace Freddie as Director. Since Josh was the Regular Member Representative, Richard Crowder was voted to hold that position.
RANGE RULES changes approved:
Bowhunter Class changed to Compound Fingers
Binocular power restriction removed
Number of shooters in a group restriction removed
Restriction of shooting targets in order removed
Reminder that Charter members must pay normal dues by March 31 or lose Charter status.
ASA Shoot March 16-17:
Targets to be set starting Thursday before.
Wayne will check into Pre-Cooked brisket from Sams. Hot dogs; Potato Salad;
Steve Seals to do beans.
