Meeting Minutes December 18, 2012

Special New Business

Randy Probst has agreed and to serve as temporary club secretary until we can find someone who is willing to do it permanently. Club voted unanimously to accept his roll.

Old Business

  1. Driveway repair has been completed by and looks really good. This should probably eliminate the mud hole problem for at least a couple of years.

  2. Wayne will try to find a generic Land Lease Agreement that we can use for both Mrs. Stroup and our Club Officers to sign since we are Incorporated. Charles and Steve already have a check in the amount of $1050.00 made out to go and pay Mrs. Stroup for the total amount of our 2013 lease.

New Business

  1. Casey Seals will assume Charter membership given to him by Bud Murphy. Bud is dropping out due to personal reasons.

  2. Club voted to cease donations to LSBA

  3. Club voted unanimously to have Randy renew both Internet Domain Names and approved the cost of $113.73 to be paid by Randy on line and reimbursed by Club Treasurer.

  4. The following Directors are serving terms that will expire at the end of 2013:

Casey Seals

Freddie Crowder

Todd Smith

  1. The following were selected by unanimous vote to serve as Directors for the 2013-2014 term:

Charles Alexander

Eugene Skinner

Wayne Meuir

  1. We voted to continue to have Terry Witt, upon his acceptance, service as regular member representative for 2013, and have all the same voting rights as a Charter Member.

  2. We voted to only cook food at our 4 big shoots and just have snack foods at our Club Shoots.
