Old Business

1. Driveway repair still pending. $3800 maximum approved by membership.

New Business

1. Club name on our ASA Insurance Policy needs to be updated to reflect our incorporated status.

2. We need to create a written lease agreement and present it to landowner for both her signature and club officer’s signature. We need to consider extending the length of the lease to cover a longer period of time based on what the club can afford to pay.

3. Steve Meilewski is in the process of applying for a Federal Tax ID number for the club.

4. We need to open up a Bank Account using our Tax ID Number and close out the old account.

5. We need to add a sign to the gate that states “No Trespassing” and place it just below the sign that is there now that says “Members Only”.

6. Steve Milewski is in the process of creating the By-Laws that our club will use to conduct necessary business.
