NEW BUSINESS

1. Charles went to see Mrs. Stroup and paid our property lease in full for 2012. He also informed us that Beverly Stroup, Mrs. Stroup’s Daughter had to have a leg amputated due to a bad break and complications from diabetes and that is why they did not make any of our shoots last year. Mrs. Stroup is now 89 years old.

2. Mark Watts is moving to Central Texas and is not going to renew his Club Membership for 2012 and has requested that his Charter membership be refunded. Club agreed and refund was made.

3. Our Post Office Box has been paid up through the end of 2012

4. Wayne informed everyone that our ASA Liability Insurance is paid up through end of 2012 and we have received the new policy.

5. Charles talked to one of the Texins Archery officers, and he stated that anyone who is carrying a membership card for any Archery Club will receive discounted rates at the Texins Archery Academy, which is a new indoor range that Texins opened up just South of Collin Creek Mall. Wayne will mail out Membership Cards to All 2012 CCBA members so that they will be able to take advantage of the discount.

6. Charles reported that up to this date, we have received $650 for 2012 Memberships.

7. Wayne brought up the possibility of having a Thursday Night Money Shoot during the month of May since we have no tournaments in that month. Decision was not made but we will consider it after we try to find out how much interest there would be.

8. Academy Sports and Outdoors gave our Club Five $50.00 Gift Certificates to be used as prizes at our discretion. We made no decision when or where to use them.
