Old Business

1. Wayne still needs to check on plaques and trophies.

2. ASA Insurance is paid and we have received the 2011 Policy.

3. We still need to decide if we are going to put up a locked gate at the front and limit access only to members as our ASA Insurance requires.

New Business

1. Billy is trying to get Website Domain name "collincountybowhunters.com" released from Body to Randy.

2. The shooting stakes for 2011 will be changed as follows:

• Red  Mini Cubs
• Blue  Cubs
• Green  Youth
• Pink  Women’s Traditional
• Yellow  Men’s Traditional
• Orange  Women’s Compound
• Silver  All Men’s Compound

3. Wayne to contact Terry Witt and get him to print score cards like his sample.

4. We made a list of Work Day Tasks that need to be done. There may be others that we have forgotten, but these are what we have now:

• Burn 12 Rings into targets that do not have them

• Wayne is going to remake all the target number stakes and paint them white

• We need to count targets and see where we stand for the February Tournament

• Finish mowing and do all necessary weed eating

• Clean up range by picking up trash and removing all dead fall off the lanes

• Cut additional Shooting Lanes to accommodate 30 Targets

• Empty trash barrels and replace rusted out barrel at the south water station

• Trim trees in parking lot and on driveway

• Remove broken bench at the first water station so no one will get hurt on it

• Enclose cotton bales on back stops on practice range to prevent weather damage

• Paint all shooting stakes

• Make new signs to put out on highway to direct folks to our range on tournament days.

5. Charlie to make sure Billy has Toilet Delivered around February 1

6. We need to order as many new targets as possible by early March
