Old Business


  1. Rear Bracing of Cotton Bales still needs to be done.

  2. Target bag covers still need to be bought and stuffed.

  3. Wayne still needs to put rat poison in club house and target trailer

  4. Billy still needs to send check to LSBA

  5. Reservations have been set up at Milligan Water Supply for our December 14 meeting.


New Business


MEGAN ALEXANDER HAS BEEN ACCEPTED THIS FALL TO TEXAS A&M AT COMMERCE! Megan has been shooting at our club probably longer than I have and since she was a very little girl.  Congrats from all the CCBA folks and good luck at school!!!


  1. We set an agenda for the December 14 meeting. It will be on the following page.

  2. Wayne and Randy will attend the ASA Scheduling Meeting on Wednesday night, Nov 17.

  3. We voted to conduct an ASA Qualifier in 2011 if there is a schedule date available.

AGENDA FOR THE DECEMBER 14, 2010 MEETING

  1. Elect Officers for 2011

  2. Elect three Directors for 2011 for two year term starting Jan 1, 2011 to replace those whose terms expire on December 31, 2010

  3. Approve 2011 Shoot Schedule

  4. Discuss Reducing Membership Fees and doing away with the working/non-working categories.

  5. Discuss any changes that need to be made in the concession prices.

  6. Discuss Charter Membership availability.

  7. Discuss doing away completely with the Compound Open stakes that we added last year.

  8. Decide on whether or not to do Hagerman Qualifiers in 2011

  9. Discuss whether to go from trophies to plaques in 2011 after existing trophies are used up.

  10. Discuss whether to go to 30 target tournaments or stay with 40 targets.

  11. Discuss addition of 12 rings to all club shoots.

  12. Discuss ASA Qualifier in 2011 if we get an available date, which is yet to be determined

  13. Open discussion for any issues that anyone has that need our attention.
