Treasurer’s Report

Check to LSBA for $245.00 has already been removed from balance shown.

Old Business

1. Cotton Bales have now been covered with tarps to protect them from rain.

2. Steve Seals will conduct Hagerman Qualifiers in 2011 if we chose to do them.

3. We still need to add rear bracing to cotton bales to keep them from falling.

4. We still need to buy new target bag covers to put on existing bags.

5. Wayne still needs to put out rat poison in the club house and target trailer.

6. All agreed that any targets purchased in 2011 will be deer sized targets.

New Business

1. Wayne will contact Steve Seals to find out where to send check to LSBA.

2. Terry Witt brought us some new score card samples with 12 scores on them for us to vote on in December.

3. Billy will set up reservations at the Milligan Water Supply conference room for our December meeting which is tentatively scheduled for December 14.

4. Wayne will contact Todd Pool about the November meeting with all the area clubs to try to schedule shoots so that we don’t conflict with each other so much.

5. We decided that we will use the November regular club meeting to set the agenda for the December meeting because of the large number of topics we need to work out.
