Old Business

• After discussion on targets, decision made to buy replacement cores for the Rhinehart little bear, bobcat frog and mosquito.  And then buy a new skunk target.  Retail price for all is $372.  We will get at a discounted price.  Billy will talk to Bud about making the order and give him a check for the correct amount.

 

New Business

• We will use the same Port-a-Potty service next year.
• The next shoot is the LSBA Shoot and we will give half of the shoot fees to LSBA.
• Randy to send “Thank you letters” for door prize donations to North Texas Archery, Circle T Bow Hunting Ranch and Wild Hare Taxidermy.
• Work for next season:
  • Trim pecan trees over the road into the range and cleanup the road.
  • Work on culvert (bigger pipe is needed) and fix the hole in the road.
