CCBA Director Meeting Minutes
· Members Present: Bud Murphy, Rick Schwarz, William Murphy, Clara Murphy, Randy Probst, Wayne Meuir, Billy Sandlin, Boady Sandlin and Robert Garner.
· Minutes for May 16, 2006 approved.
· Approved Treasurer Report $2,946.68 All Bills Paid
· Old Business:
· Motion made to keep portalets for @$75.00 per month. Passed.
· New Business:
· Motion made to buy back Ann Prim’s Charter Membership. Passed.
· Bud will check on Electric service with Fannin County Coop.
· Adjourn.
