required tax documents filed, including franchise tax report, federal
taxes, and franchise
report for 501C-7 prior to deadline of May 15. No franchise tax
all ASA payouts and mailed checks. Checks had been signed by Steve
Seals at the

S3DA and 4-H tournament on
Saturday, September 17th. Steve asked about how many
targets and what awards.
Jeanette will find out. Randy asked about what classes are
required. Jeanette will
need to order
new Rhinehardt inserts. 14 replacement cores will run $800. Will
take action after the Deerman and we see financial status of that
– Mowing complete. Saturday:
set up time 0700. Crew working: Neil, Brad, Steve, Eugene, Wayne,
arrival time 0800 or so. Crew working: Randy, Steve, and
possibly Jeanette mostly needed
for concessions. Jimmy handles payouts, awards. Black belt buckles
for state champs. Should
warrant large turnout. 10 AM
shotgun start on both days. Wayne discussed with Jimmy to set course
more challenging and similar
to how Honeygrove was set up. Wayne stated that course at CCBA was
too soft last year.

new repair kit from Art Brown. Cost $200. Will wait until after Deerman.
