OLD BUSINESS:
Josh Brown has bladed the driveway and it looks good.
Signed documents for 2012 Taxes were presented by Steve Milewski and Neal Kuznar. The club voted and approved them.

Randy reports that buckles for Invitational awards are in hand at a cost of $201.32.
Invitational door prizes:
Steve Seals has purchased 3 pop up hunting blinds and 3 yellow jacket target bags using club moneys and Collin County Archery as purchasing agent.
Club agreed to purchase $250 in gift cards from Collin County Archery and $250 from Cabela's
McKinney Academy paper work is in, but no response yet.
Steve is getting prices from multiple vendors on T-shirts. Best quote is $9 for a shirt with pocket and logo on front and back. $2 less for no pocket. $2 more for XXL and XXXL.
Invitational food: Steve Seals will cook 2 briquets, Randy has already cooked 23 lbs of pulled pork, Josh will do Cowboy beans, and hot dogs will also be served. $7 was voted to be the plate price for meat, beans and a drink.
NEW BUSINESS:
Targets will be set for the Invitational on Thursday at 5 pm. Everybody will help out with concessions and whatever else needs to be done.
Excelsior bails were discussed and layered targets were discussed for the practice range.
3D practice range currently has 25 targets. Decision made to replace 4 of them with the current Rhinehart tournament targets. Will will save up shot out targets till we get the minimum number required to get them rebuilt.
Steve Milewski suggested that CCBA, Inc. joining the Shot Show. He will get more information on it.
Randy Probst reminds the club that the Secretary position is being filled on a temporary basis.
