OLD BUSINESS

  1. Steve contacted Cabela’s about donations for the Invitational and they have agreed to help us out, but not sure at this time what they are going to contribute.

  2. Charles ordered the buckles for the Invitational from Texoma Leather and Brass.

  3. Wayne has been reimbursed in the amount of $1250 for the loan for targets.

  4. Roger Allen is still planning on building bow racks to be used on the course but has not had time to do so because of final exams at school.

NEW BUSINESS

  1. Targets will be set for this week ends tournament on Friday around 4:00. All help is appreciated.

  2. We discussed how to handle the extra needed warm up targets at our ASA Qualifier. Decided that we can us indoor 5 spot targets attached directly to the cotton bales and put up back targets on existing frames.

  3. Steve agreed to contact North Texas Archery about donations for the Invitational.

  4. We are going to have to buy some or maybe most of the meat for the Invitational. We need to try to get several folks to smoke some of the meat so it is not such a burden on one person. Steve agreed to do part of it. Chad has agreed to smoke a brisket or two as well. Jason has told Steve that he has a couple of hogs in the freezer that we can have and Steve has one in his freezer, so that meat and two or three average sized briskets should be enough.

  5. Steve will bring a 4-wheeler and trailer to use to set up targets Friday in case it is raining.

MEETING ADJOURNED AT 7:45
